When I went to your shop, you assured me that the color of the shirt will never fade. But I regret to inform you that while washing the shirt for the first time following all the instructions given in the catalogue, its colour was fading gradually. Now it has become a very light sky from dark blue after washing only two times. As the shirt is still under warranty period, as per terms, it is your liability. 

You, are, therefore, earnestly requested to replace the shirt with a good and new one as early as possible.
